Travel to the Westward Look requires privately arranged air & ground transportation.
Two airports serve the Tucson area: The Tucson International Airport (TUS) is ~35 minutes (18 miles) from the Resort. Phoenix International Airport (PHX) is ~100 minutes (106 miles) from the Resort. The PHX airport has many more direct connections, particularly for international travelers.
We strongly recommend considering a rental car as Tucson, in the spirit of the modern southwest, is very much a driving city.
In principle, one can take a taxi (~$60) or public transportation (~$2) to / from the Tucson airport. Uber also operate in Tucson and there is now a designated Uber pick-up area at the airport, with
fares starting at around $24.
-ACCOMMODATION-
A discounted group rate was negotiated with the hotel, and the all-inclusive cost of a single / double occupancy room is $152.77 / night.
Although the nominal deadline for booking at the group rate has passed, it may still be possible to book at the group rate (subject to availability).

Individuals will need to identify themselves as part of the VERITAS Collaboration Meeting 2019 when they call or email to obtain the group rate.
Please note that the VERITAS rate is in principle available from 1/10 - 1/23 (subject to availability).
The details of the VERITAS rate are: $135 single / double occupancy per room per night and $145 triple / quad occupancy per room per night. The rate is subject to a 12.05% tax and a $1.50 / night housekeeping gratuity. Please note the standard $20 / night resort fee has been waived.
